Frequently Asked Questions
How does Enrollment Solutions build and qualify their national network?
We invite prospective specialists – through advertisements in the Benefit Marketing Association and other publications – to our Web Site to set up their profiles. Once a profile is complete we review their resumes, check their background and employment history, review references, experience and expertise, verify errors and omissions insurance, and interview them. When specialists meet our criteria, they are added to our national benefit and communication specialist network and categorized by expertise, experience, location, language skills, etc. Once we know your needs and requirements, we simply access our database to find the best people.
Does Enrollment Solutions have a “maximum” number of experienced, qualified benefit and communication specialists?

Our counselors and specialists are experienced in all aspects of benefit offerings, including but not limited to 401K, medical, managed care, life, disability, accident, hospital income, dread disease, long term care, and spending accounts.
Is Enrollment Solutions affiliated with any insurance carriers or brokers?

Every specialist is well prepared before meeting with your employees. First we review the parameters of the assignment, next we find the most qualified specialists, and finally we prepare them for the task at hand.
